These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of allanpeoples.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products offered by Tatenen Design LLC, doing business as “Allan Peoples” (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility and Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or make a purchase. By using the Site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Site, our business, or other users.
2. Products and Availability
All products offered on this Site are subject to availability. Many items are produced in limited quantities or made to order.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities purchased per customer
- Discontinue any product at any time
- Modify product specifications, materials, or pricing without prior notice
Images and renderings are for illustrative purposes. Variations in color, scale, finish, or natural materials may occur and do not constitute defects.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order acceptance. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment credentials.
4. Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will be refunded in accordance with our policies.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production schedules, carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
All shipments are fully insured until confirmed delivery and required signature at the destination address.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon confirmed delivery and signed receipt.

6. Returns and Exchanges
Select items may be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges & Repairs Policy.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within the timeframe and subject to the conditions outlined in that policy, including inspection and authorization requirements.
Certain items, including but not limited to earrings, custom, engraved, bespoke, and made-to-order creations, are final sale and not eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including designs, jewelry concepts, images, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Tatenen Design LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
8. User Submissions
If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for business purposes, unless prohibited by law.
You represent that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tatenen Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so certain limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tatenen Design LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Tatenen Design LLC is organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be brought in state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, or in the courts of the State of Wyoming, as appropriate. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated revision date.
Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
