All Allan Peoples pieces are made to endure—designed for daily life, long wear, and the passage of time.
We stand behind the integrity of our work, and we remain available to care for it throughout its lifetime.
Our Commitment
Each piece is inspected and finished to exacting standards before it leaves our studio. We guarantee the structural soundness of workmanship at the time of delivery.
Should a manufacturing issue arise under normal wear, we will evaluate and address it accordingly.
Lifetime Service Access
We offer lifetime access to care and repair services for all Allan Peoples jewelry.
This means that as long as a piece exists, it may be returned to us for assessment, maintenance, resizing, or repair. Work is performed using the same materials, methods, and standards with which the piece was originally made.
Service pricing is determined based on the nature of the work required and will always be communicated in advance.
What Service Includes
Depending on the piece and its condition, services may include:

All work is performed with discretion and care, preserving the integrity and original character of the design.
What Is Not Covered
Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, improper handling, or third-party alterations are not considered manufacturing defects.
Jewelry that has been altered or repaired outside our studio may not be eligible for certain services.
Caring for Your Piece
Precious metals and natural stones benefit from mindful wear. We recommend removing jewelry during strenuous activity, impact, or chemical exposure, and storing pieces individually when not in use.
