Size Guide

Choosing the correct size ensures each piece wears as it was intended — balanced, comfortable, and in proportion to the body. The guidance below is designed to help you select confidently. If you remain uncertain, our Client Services team is always available to assist before you place your order.

Rings

All rings are offered in U.S. standard sizes. Availability varies by design.

How to determine your ring size
The most accurate method is to have your finger measured by a professional jeweler. If measuring at home, wrap a strip of paper or string comfortably around the base of the finger, mark where it meets, and measure the length in millimeters. Use a standard U.S. ring size conversion chart to determine your size.

Rings should fit securely while still sliding over the knuckle without force.

Design considerations
Wider bands and sculptural designs may feel slightly more snug than narrow bands. If you are between sizes, sizing up is often recommended for comfort.

Resizing
Many designs can be resized within a limited range. Please consult our Client Services team prior to ordering if resizing may be required.

Bracelets

Bracelet sizing is based on wrist circumference and design style.

To measure your wrist, wrap a flexible tape or string snugly around the wrist just below the wrist bone, then measure the length in centimeters or inches.

Fit guidance

  • Leather and cord bracelets are designed to sit close to the wrist without compression.

  • Gold link and articulated bracelets allow natural movement and should rest comfortably without excessive rotation.

  • Rigid or hinged designs require precise sizing and should be measured carefully.

If you prefer a closer or looser fit, this may be noted when contacting Client Services.

Necklaces & Chains

Chains are offered in standard lengths. Each length creates a distinct visual effect depending on neck size, shoulder width, and whether a pendant is worn.

General guidance

  • Shorter lengths sit higher on the collarbone and emphasize the neckline.

  • Mid-length chains sit at the upper chest and are ideal for most pendants.

  • Longer chains create a more relaxed, elongated line and allow pendants to sit lower on the body.

When selecting a chain for a pendant, ensure the chain length and weight are appropriate for the scale of the design.

Earrings

Earrings are offered in a single standard size per design. Drop length and overall proportions are listed on each product page.

If you are sensitive to weight or prefer minimal movement, we recommend reviewing the measurements carefully or contacting Client Services for guidance.

Our Fit Philosophy

Each Allan Peoples piece is designed with intention — proportioned to the body, balanced in weight, and meant to feel considered rather than casual. Fit is part of the design language, not an afterthought.
