Materials: Precious Metals and Natural Diamonds

Every Allan Peoples piece is defined as much by its material as by its form.
Each material is selected for permanence, integrity, and resonance — not trend, convenience, or cost reduction.

We work exclusively with materials that honor longevity, precision, and meaning.

Precious Metals

18k Yellow Gold
Warm, balanced, and enduring, 18k yellow gold forms the foundation of the collection. Its richness reflects ancient precedent while maintaining the structural integrity required for refined modern jewelry.

18k Rose Gold
Rose gold is used selectively, where warmth and contrast are essential to the design. Its tone is intentional — never ornamental.

Platinum
Dense, naturally white, and exceptionally durable, platinum is reserved for pieces that demand weight, permanence, and quiet strength.

We do not plate or coat our metals. Each piece is solid, through and through.

Diamonds

We use natural diamonds chosen for brilliance, balance, and structural harmony within each design.

Rather than pursuing inflated grading for its own sake, stones are selected according to their role in the piece — ensuring clarity, fire, and longevity where it matters visually and structurally.

Diamonds are set by hand using techniques appropriate to the scale and intention of each design.

Materials Not Used

We do not work in silver, vermeil, or plated metals.

These materials, while historically significant, do not meet the standards of durability, permanence, and structural integrity required for our work today.

Made to Order

Many pieces are made specifically for their wearer.
This allows each object to be completed with intention, precision, and proper finishing.

Production timelines are stated clearly at the time of purchase.

A Living Collection

As the collection evolves, additional materials may be introduced when they meet the same standards of quality, integrity, and purpose.

No material is added lightly.
